This site is a public label page. There are no accounts, no checkout, and no advertising pixels.

We may hold:

• Messages you send to our mailboxes, so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence.
• Ordinary web-server logs (IP address, browser, page, date and time) used to run and secure the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run a marketing list from this site. Hosting and mail providers see traffic and mail as part of delivering those services.

The site is for information. It is not an offer to sign, license, or sell recordings. Catalog, credits, and artwork may change without notice.

Streaming, downloads, and neighboring-rights collection happen through distributors and platforms we do not control. Their terms apply when you use them.

The site is provided as is. AE Music Records LLC is not liable for downtime, or for decisions you make from what you read here.

Recordings and trademarks

The name Æ Records, the Æ mark, the site design, and the sound recordings, artwork, and films we issue are owned by AE Music Records LLC or used under license. Musical compositions may belong to the writers or their publishers.

You may view the site. You may not copy, scrape, sample from, or commercially use that material without a written license from the rights holder. A play button on a third-party service is not a license from us.

Copyright claims

If you believe material on this site, or a recording issued by Æ Records, infringes your copyright, write to the Copyright Manager at copyright@ae-records.com with a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Include:

• Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
• The work you say is infringed.
• The URL or release that you say infringes it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to the material while we look at the claim. Misrepresentation can carry statutory penalties.

Unsolicited demos and pitches can go to artist@ae-records.com. Send a private listening link, not attachments.

By sending material you confirm you own or control the rights in it. Sending it does not start a deal, an exclusive, or a duty to reply. We may listen, decline, or follow up at our discretion.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect recordings and marks.
